Delivery

Geoff will check the books, and process the order within a day or two following payment in cleared funds. 

He will inform you if there will be a delay for any reason. 

He will send you an email notification when he takes your tracked order to NZ Courier Post, whose delivery target is 3 working days.

All orders sent will be inside a plastic tracked NZ Post Courier Bag. Please note that the package will not be a 'signature on delivery' one.
It is the buyer's responsibility to use an address that will be secure once the package arrives.

Privacy

Customer data remains confidential. Geoff will not disclose or sell it to any third party. 

He will only be send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Suggestions for saving on Delivery Costs

As there is only one NZ Post Courier charge per order, you could reduce costs by including copies for others who also want to buy them.

You can save time and cost by having your order sent directly to the child, or children, you are giving it to.
You can do this in the Checkout where you can also get Geoff to write a gift message for the recipients(s).

Any NZ residents who can pick up an order directly from Geoff can select the Click and Collect option in the Checkout.
This will save the additional $9 courier costs if they can contact Geoff to arrange collecting their order from 21 Arapiki Road, Stoke, Nelson.
